Thank you for shopping with Chrysalis!  Our return policy is this:  All Sales Are Final.  If for any reason your product arrives damaged you have 48 hours from delivery to contact Suzanne : suzanne@chrysalisctr.com :  to obtain a return authorization.  No returns will be accepted with out a return authorization from Suzanne.  We take every care to ensure your purchase is packaged carefully and securely for shipment and it is checked twice.
